As announced by The Maverick Logan Paul, the biggest party for the summer — WWE SummerSlam 2024 is coming to his hometown at the Cleveland Browns Stadium in Cleveland, Ohio. Also, this year’s SummerSlam 2024 event will be held on Sat, Aug 3.
Not just that the Friday Night SmackDown on the day before SummerSlam will be held at the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, Ohio. Also, this will be the first SummerSlam back in Cleveland since 1996.
Not just that, This year SummerSlam will mark the fourth consecutive year that the event has been held at an NFL stadium.

- SummerSlam 2022: Nissan Stadium (Tennessee Titans)
- SummerSlam 2023: Ford Field (Detroit Lions)
- SummerSlam 2024: Cleveland Browns Stadium (Cleveland Browns)
He also made a joke about wrestling a match against legendary NBA superstar LeBron James, who was born in Akron, Ohio, and played for the Cleveland Cavaliers before joining the Los Angeles Lakers.
SummerSlam has been a huge part of Paul’s development into one of WWE’s top attractions. His first-ever singles match was a win over The Miz at SummerSlam 2022, and he followed that up by beating Ricochet at last year’s SummerSlam.
Paul is also now a significant business partner with the promotion, as WWE struck a deal with him and his PRIME Hydration company. As part of the agreement, the PRIME logo will be featured in the center of the mat at WWE premium live events, including WrestleMania 40 next month in Philadelphia which draw a huge amount of money to his already world-famous PRIME Hydration Drink.
There has been no announcement made regarding the card for the event as the Summer Slam is months away right now, but we surely see the buildup as the event comes closer.
The Aug 3 event also fits with the timeline of CM Punk’s return from shoulder surgery. So will this be the big return of this year’s SummerSlam?
I mean he can come back and confront Rollins or Drew whoever will be champion at that time as we have seen some heated rivalry being teased between all 3 of these superstars in the past few months.
