- To own a mastery for a champion you need to unlock it.
You can only own a mastery for a champion by playing at:
- PvP Summoner’s Rift (Blind Pick, Draft, Ranked)
- PvP Twisted Treeline
- PvP Howling Abyss
You need to achieve the following goals to get masteries:
| Level 1 | 0 |
| Level 2 | 1800 |
| Level 3 | 4200 |
| Level 4 | 6600 |
| Level 5 | 9000 |
| Level 6 | Need two Level 6 Mastery Tokens |
| Level 7 | Need three Level 7 Mastery Tokens |
How to upgrade mastery to Level 6:
You can get a token for Level 6 mastery by getting “S or S-” in a PvP game.
How to upgrade mastery to Level 7:
You can get a token for Level 7 mastery by getting “S+” in a PvP game.
Unlocking:
You need to have the required Tokens and Blue Essence or Champion Shard of that champion you’re upgrading mastery with.
You can upgrade the mastery from the “MATERIALS” section in the “LOOT” menu.
