The Tortured Poets Department is a newly released studio album by Taylor Swift. This marks her 11th Studio Album. The album features 31 new tracks. The album was released this Friday, and by Friday evening Spotify declared the album its most-streamed in a single day, with Swift also becoming the most-streamed artist in a single day.

Taylor has a history of hinting at various stories in her albums that’s what exactly she has done with this album as well. Taylor mentions her six-year relationship with the British actor Joe Alwyn in her album through her poetry. She has also mentioned “Alls fair in love and poetry…” in her Spotify bio.
Taylor has released 31 new tracks as part of her two new albums which she released 2 days later. First, she released “The Tortured Poets Department” on 18 April 2024 which had the following 16 songs.
