With just a few days away from the WWE Elimination Chamber 2025 in Toronto, WWE Raw went to Heritage Bank Center in Cincinnati, Oh. The road to WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas has begun to shift gears with the arrival of ‘The Final Boss’ The Rock.
WWE Superstars are all set to make their final appearances before their respective Elimination Chamber matches.
Announced in advance of Monday’s show:
- Triple Threat match: Penta vs. Ludwig Kaiser vs. Pete Dunne
- Women’s Intercontinental Championship match: Lyra Valkyria (c) vs. Dakota Kai
- Appearances from Rhea Ripley, Seth Rollins, CM Punk, Logan Paul, Gunther and more
- Tag Team match: LWO (Cruz Del Toro and Joaquin Wilde) vs. The New Day (Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods)
- WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship match: Bianca Belair and Naomi (c) vs. Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez
“The Maverick” Logan Paul kicks off WWE Raw on Netflix
Logan Paul — who is set to participate in the 2025 Men’s Elimination Chamber match, kicked off WWE Raw on Netflix as began to trash talk about his upcoming opponents. One of them, CM Punk then arrived on the show saying that Paul has no character and that these people deserve better. Paul replied saying that fans are sick of Punk and they need someone new.
Punk then took Paul for a ride, reminding him who he really is. He also mentioned that he will be the one to head to WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas and challenge Cody Rhodes for the WWE Undisputed Championship.
Paul then made things personal as he ran away from the ring after delivering a cheap shot slap to Punk. Punk replied saying there would be nowhere to run for him this Saturday inside the Elimination Chamber.
Key Notes and Observation:
- “We are legends. We are history-makers.” Punk answered to Paul when he tried to make fun of Legends.
Penta vs. Pete Dunne vs. Ludwig Kaiser on WWE Raw
Ever since arriving on the scene Penta and been teeing off with both Pete Dunne and Ludwig Kaiser — who have their own issues going on as well. Penta defeated Dunne last week here on Raw, before Kaiser got involved after the match creating chaos between all three of them which led to this Triple Threat match.
All three competitors gave it all in the match. Penta had the match won before Kaiser capitalized on the moment and sized the win for himself after pinning Dunne.

Ringside interview segment featuring Rhea Ripley
Ahead of her Women’s World Championship defense against Iyo Sky next week here on WWE Raw on Netflix, Rhea Ripley appeared in an interview segment with Jackie Redmond saying she has beaten everybody and after next week here on WWE Raw — Sky would also be a part of that list.
Sky then also arrived on the segment saying she would beat Ripley next week and head to WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas.
LWO vs. The New Day
The New Day attacked Rey Mysterio on the Feb. 10th edition of WWE Raw, which led to an attack by LWO on Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods last week here on WWE Raw. LWO now steps into the ring with the New Day to settle their differences in a Tag Team match.
Kingston and Woods won the match as they beat Del Toro and Wilde in a convincing fashion. Dragon Lee arrived at the ring after the match when Kingston and Woods decided to attack Del Toro and Wilde after winning the match — but got laid out by the New Day.
Result: Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods def Cruz Del Toro and Joaquin Wilde

A backstage segment featuring the Judgment Day
WWE Raw then went backstage where Dominik Mysterio and Finn Bálor were arguing over their last week’s defeats in their respective matches here on WWE Raw.
Akira Tozawa vs. Gunther
WWE World Heavyweight Champion Gunther then arrived on WWE Raw, unveiling his hand-picked opponent for the night — which was Akira Tozawa.
Tozawa started the match with fury but it was all out of the window after just one boot from Gunther. Gunther continued to dominate the match for a few more moments before he locked in the sleeper hold to end the match.
Gunther attacked both Tozawa and Otis after the match before his WrestleMania 41 opponent, Jey Uso arrived on the scene to help his friends — causing the champion to retreat.
Result: Gunther def Akira Tozawa

Lyra Valkyria (c) defends her Women’s Intercontinental Championship against Dakota Kai
WWE Raw on Netflix then featured a singles match for the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship. Kai earned this opportunity by defeating Ivy Nile in a Women’s Intercontinental Championship No. 1 Contender’s match on the Feb. 17th edition of WWE Raw.
Kai delivered a really incredible performance in the match as she took the champion to the limit but she unfortunately came short again against Valkyria — who now continues her reign.
Ivy Nile arrived on the scene after the match, and she took out both Valkyria and Kai.
Result: Lyra Valkyria (c) defeated Dakota Kai to retain her Women’s Intercontinental Championship

Key Notes and Observation:
- Prior to this match, Lyra Valkyria also defeated Dakota Kai in the Finals of the Women’s Intercontinental Championship tournament to become the inaugural IC Champion on the Jan. 13th edition of WWE Raw.
Interview segment featuring Sami Zayn
Sami Zayn then appeared in an interview segment saying that it will be different this time when he battles Kevin Owens in an Unsanctioned match at the 2025 WWE Elimination Chamber in Toronto.
Bron Breakker vs. Dominik Mysterio
WWE Raw then featured a singles match between Bron Breakker and Dominik Mysterio after Breakker accidentally hit Mysterio with a spear on the Feb. 17th edition of WWE Raw.
Breakker dominated the entire match before Finn Bálor and Carlito attacked him on the ringside — causing the match to end via disqualification.
The Judgement Day continued to attack Breakker after the match before he wiped out both Mysterio and Carlito — causing Bálor to retreat after a brief faceoff between them.
Result: Bron Breakker defeated Dominik Mysterio via disqualification

- Finn Bálor looks to be coming after Bron Breakker after how the match and segment ended.
Backstage Interview segment featuring Ivy Nile w/ The Creed Brothers
WWE Raw then went backstage where Ivy Nile addressed her actions in an interview with Cathy Kelley, saying that she along with Creed Brothers are all focused on winning the gold as per the instructions from Master Chad Gable.
Meanwhile, the current World Tag Team Champions the War Raiders attacked the Creed Brothers from behind.
Cody Rhodes comes to WWE Raw ahead of his meeting with The Rock
Cody Rhodes has a big decision to make at the WWE Elimination Chamber in Toronto, but before that, the WWE Undisputed Champion arrived on WWE Raw on Netflix to address his recent encounter with The Rock on the Feb. 21st edition of WWE SmackDown.
Just a few moments into the segment, Seth Rollins arrived on the show as well. Rollins talked about their history with the Bloodline, reminding Rhodes about what he did for him to become the WWE Undisputed Champion at WWE WrestleMania 40.
Just like most of the fans, Rollins has also sighted the near-heel turn by Rhodes before WrestleMania 41. Now the only question that remains is whether would Rhodes summit himself as a true fighting champion or would he stand alongside The Rock just to remain the Champion.
Key Notes and Observation:
- “The fact that you didn’t slap him in the face, is a slap in my face,” Rollins said to Rhodes.
- “I’m not coming for your soul, but I am coming from your title,” Rollins warned Rhodes.
Backstage segment featuring Jey Uso
Jey Uso then appeared in a backstage interview segment with A-Town Down Under, where Grayson Waller told Jey that he would embarrass himself against Gunther at WrestleMania 41.
Jey hit Waller with a Superkick after he ran his mouth a little too much.
Bianca Belair and Naomi (c) vs. Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez – WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship
Bianca Belair and Naomi finally found out about the culprits behind the attack on Jade Cargill on the Feb. 14th edition of WWE SmackDown. Belair and Naomi then confronted Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez on the Feb. 17th edition of WWE Raw — leading it all to this match here on WWE Raw on Netflix.
Belair and Naomi came all in to take revenge on Morgan and Rodriguez for what they did to Cargill but lost their Women’s Tag Team Championships in the process.
It’s one of the best matches of the night, if WWE wants to level up on the Women’s Tag Team division — I think they would take notes from this match. This showdown had the making of an amazing main-event level match, featuring action and storytelling on the absolute best level.
Result: Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez defeated Bianca Belair and Naomi to become the New WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions

My thoughts on this week’s edition of WWE Raw
WWE once again pulled off another great episode of WWE Raw on Netflix just before the WWE Elimination Chamber 2025 in Toronto. The show was filled with great segments and amazing matches throughout the night. WWE continued to go with their 6-match style, filled with some interesting story-driven segments. The Women’s division was on full display and they surely delivered some pretty good matches for the night.
WWE Raw kicked off and ended with two bangers of the matches with Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez becoming the new WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions.
