As we now get closer and closer to WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas, things are about to get hot. WWE SmackDown has headed to Palau Municipal d’Esports de Badalona in Barcelona, Spain as we continue the road to Mania.
Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga vs. LA Knight, Braun Strowman and Jimmy Uso – 6-Man Tag Team match
After winning the WWE United States Championship last week here on WWE SmackDown, LA Knight kicked off the show talking about his big win before his tag team partner Jimmy Uso arrived on the scene saying that the only way he can now get to WrestleMania is by challenging him for the WWE United States Championship. Solo Sikoa along with Jacob Fatu and Tama Tonga then arrived on the scene saying Fatu is the one who deserves a shot at the WWE United States Championship.
Sikoa and Jimmy then fired a few shots at each other before things got nasty between them — meanwhile, Braun Strowman also arrived on the scene. WWE SmackDown GM Nick Aldis then arrived on the scene to start the show with a 6-Man Tag Team match.
All six men involved in the match delivered an amazing performance which began the night for the red-hot crowd. Strowan picked up the win for his team.
Fatu continued to attack Strowman after the match while nobody could stop him.
Result: LA Knight, Braun Strowman and Jimmy Uso defeated Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, and Tama Tonga

Interview segment ft. Jade Cargill on WWE SmackDown
Jade Cargill made her return at the 2025 WWE Elimination Chamber when she attacked Naomi. Naomi then appeared on the Feb. 7th edition of WWE SmackDown — admitting that she indeed did that attack on Cargill.
Cargill then appeared in a pre-recorded interview with Cathy Kelley saying that she only remembers someone hitting her from the back and throwing her over the car — while Naomi ran away. Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez then arrived on the scene saying they were being blamed for weeks for that attack on her. Cargill then challenged Morgan for a match next week here on WWE SmackDown.
B-Fab vs. Charlotte Flair
WWE SmackDown then featured a singles match between B-Fab and Charlotte Flair after they met last week here on WWE SmackDown where Fab said that women want to be compared to Flair. Flair took it personally and challenged Fab to this singles match here tonight.
Fab managed to deliver an incredible performance against the veteran Flair, but she gave out on the figure-four leglock.
Flair did not release the figure-four until Tiffany Stratton arrived on the scene to help Fab. Stratton and Flair then got into a brawl while the officials tried to keep them separate. The brawl segment was epic and far better than the match.
Result: Charlotte Flair defeated B-Fab

Cinematic promo segment ft. Drew McIntyre on WWE SmackDown
Drew McIntyre then appeared in a promo segment saying that he was robbed at WrestleMania XL by Damian Priest. Then at Clash at the Castle and Money In The Bank. McIntyre also stated how he took him out at both the 2025 Royal Rumble and Elimination Chamber match.
Cody Rhodes arrives on The MizTV
WWE SmackDown then featured The MizTV. But before that could begin Flair and Stratton came out brawling once again with Stratton delivering the Prettiest Moonsault Ever from the top of the stage.
Cody Rhodes attacked Miz before the interview he cut his music before the “Woah” saying that he was here to ask some hard-hitting questions with we unfortunately never got to hear. Rhodes then took to the mic saying if Cena wants to join him on the Road to WrestleMania, he will be at WWE Raw this Monday.
Result: 6.5 /10
Damian Priest vs. Shinsuke Nakamura
Damian Priest and Shinsuke Nakamura met backstage earlier on the show leading to this singles match between them.
Priest and Nakamura put up a great fight with a lot of amazing maneuvers. McIntyre arrived on ringside during the match and attacked Priest to end the match via disqualification. Priest tried to fight back until Nakamura also attacked him from the blindside.
McIntyre continued to attack Priest even when the referee tried to hold him back as he hit him with the Claymore kick.
Result: Damian Priest defeated Shinsuke Nakamura via disqualification

Backstage interview segment ft. DIY and Motor City Machine Guns
Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa then appeared in a backstage interview saying that they will walk out as still the tag team championship tonight. Motor City Machine Guns then also arrived on the segment saying that they would be waiting for them to finish their own story with them once they were done with the Street Profits later on the show.
Backstage interview segment ft. Chelsea Green
Chelsea Green then appeared in an interview segment where Zelina Vega arrived saying that the WWE Women’s United States Championship would soon be her. Piper Niven then jumped in before Vega challenged her to a singles match next week here on WWE SmackDown.
Carmelo Hayes vs. Randy Orton on WWE SmackDown
Randy Orton who’s currently out for revenge on Kevin Owens met Carmelo Hayes last week here on WWE SmackDown when GM Nick Aldis made this match official between them.
Hayes displayed an incredible performance against Orton until he got struck by the RKO from outta nowhere. Orton offered a little handshake and respect to Hayes after the match but he denied it and got another RKO. Kevin Owens attacked Orton after the match allowing Hayes to run away, while Orton tried to hit him with the Punt kick.
Result: Randy Orton defeated Carmelo Hayes
Ratings: 8 /10
Backstage segment ft. The Bloodline
WWE SmackDown then went backstage where Jacob Fatu challenged Braun Strowman to a match the next week.
Gunther vs. Axiom
World Heavyweight Champion Gunther then arrived on WWE SmackDown as he introduced Axiom as his opponent for the night. Gunther who has been working on establishing himself as the heel for his WrestleMania 41 match against Jey Uso now found himself in a perfect environment to get as much heat from the fans as he can.
Axiom delivered an absolutely amazing performance against Gunther, perhaps better than a lot of recent opponents that stood against the World Heavyweight Champion. But it was not enough to put him down for three as Gunther won the match with utter dominance.
Gunther also attacked Axiom after the match locking him into the sleeper hold.
Result: Gunther defeated Axiom

Paul Heyman arrives on WWE SmackDown
‘The Wiseman’ Paul Heyman then arrived at the ring to address the return of Roman Reigns on this past edition of WWE Raw when he attacked both Seth Rollins and CM Punk during their Steel Cage match.
Heyman also said that Roman Reigns will be here on WWE SmackDown next week.
Backstage segment ft. Jimmy Uso and Gunther
WWE SmackDown then went backstage where Gunther asked Jimmy Uso to warn his brother or he would suffer the same fate as Axiom. But the Big Jim replied saying he will drop his championship to Jey at WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas.
DIY vs. Street Profits – WWE Tag Team Championship
Street Profits — who are in pursuit of the WWE Tag Team Championship finally got the opportunity they wanted last week here on WWE SmackDown.
Both teams delivered an absolutely crazy match. DIY had the match won before Johnny Gargano accidentally hit Tommaso Ciampa with the superkick. Profits took this one opportunity and laid out Gargano for the frog splash from the heavens to win the WWE Tag Team Championship.
Result: Street Profits defeated DIY to become the new WWE Tag Team Champions

My thoughts on this week’s edition of WWE SmackDown
The road to WrestleMania is taking taking big turns as get closer to the biggest stage. WWE has been working on pulling big strings for the match card for the upcoming show especially the Championship match that has already been set.
We also saw the new WWE Tag Team Champions being crowned. I had thought that we might not see a championship change will Mania but think that WWE has some other plans. The ladder match that happened last year WrestleMania XL, was incredible. We have a lot of talent and that could be a possibility for this year as well.
WWE also continued with the McIntyre-Jimmy and McIntyre-Priest angle, not sure what they are thinking but either way, it goes — it will be a Mania match full of stories.
An amazing episode along with crazy European fans.
